NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chelan County Planning Commissioners will be holding a Public Hearing regarding amendments to regulations for the Manson Urban Growth Area, file ZTA 2018-043. The community’s desire, as expressed by the Community Council, is to permit existing residential structures to be rebuild and remodel with an option for a small expansion of 20%. This would apply to the Downtown Commercial and Tourist Commercial zoning district, except properties along Wapato Way which would continue to be commercial on the main (first) floor with an option for second story residential. The Public Hearing is scheduled for April 25, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Chelan County Administration Building, located at 400 Douglas Street, Wenatchee, WA.
Chelan County welcomes written public comment. Any person may appear at said public hearing and present testimony orally or in writing. Written submissions will be accepted up to the close of business April 24, 2018. Comments may be mailed or personally delivered at the address listed below or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
